Here's some stuff I brought to eat: Rice Crispy treats, various granola-type bars, beef jerky, Goldfish cracker packs.

I think I only had one real meal the whole time which was pizza for lunch. It's very easy to get by only eating snacks. But, that's just me.

Also, these drugs were very helpful: Amodium AD and Ibuprofin.

Ibuprofen after we are done with all the running. Ibuprofen on dehydrated bodies can mess with our livers pretty badly, also delays recovery. If using medicine to mask pain, to be able to run, injury can result as well.

Some wise man once said, nothing wrong with some pain, a reminder of the work you just put in.
